Cancellation, reschedule & no show policy

RESCHEDULES / CANCELLATIONS

High quality application of lash extensions can take up to 3 hours when applying a new, full set. Dela Antoinette’s is committed to providing this service following the guidelines listed in the service guarantee.

When you book an appointment, time is blocked on the calendar for you and no one else can book that time.

I understand that things happen and can result in you needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me via email or the contact form on the website at a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start time of your appointment.

This advance notice allows other clients that are on the wait list to schedule an appointment at a time that’s convenient for them.

Notice received less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full price of the time booked. However, if another client books that appointment time, you will be refunded the full price of the appointment after completed.

NO SHOWS

When you schedule an appointment, you receive email confirmation to the email address provided and a text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment at the phone number provided.

If you have booked an appointment and do not show up for that appointment, you will be charged full price to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

There are no exceptions to the reschedule/cancellation/no show policy.

Please know that when you book an appointment with Dela Antoinette’s, you can expect the highest level of service. I respect your time and will always make sure your service begins on time with the highest level of quality.

However, as much as I understand things happen, I expect the same respect for my time. So please be cool and just let me know if you’re unable to keep to your appointment time so we can either cancel your appointment or reschedule for another date.
